General terms and conditions
All products on this site are specifically made to order and supplied by Alan MacKenzie and are sold to you on the terms and conditions set out here.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions,
which may change from time to time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for whatever reason. We will
always send you a confirmation of order email, subsequently we will
contact you if there is any problem with your order.
Accuracy of information
shown are reproduced to the best of our ability but, depending on your
colour settings and variations in material supplied to us, may vary from
the actual colour of goods supplied to you. Leather being a natural
material can sometimes show some slight variation in colour or grain
appearance between individual hides and so may not always be exactly the
same as any colour cuttings that you may have been sent. The dimensions
of the goods shown on this website represent the overall dimensions,
but you should be aware that, the actual dimensions will depend on how
the product is filled, used or carried at any particular time.
All our bags are specially made to order and delivery time varies. An
exact delivery time will be quoted when your order is confirmed.
Payment can be made directly to our bank account or by Visa, Master card
/UK debit card.
If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will
convert the transaction to your own currency. Purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
No deposit is required and payment is due only when work is started on
your bag. Occasionally a deposit of 10% will requested, which is
fully refundable up until when work is started on the bag.
Returns and cancellations
If for any reason the bag that you have ordered does not meet your
expectations and you wish to return it, please contact us as soon as
possible, (within 7 working days) and we will arrange for you to be
refunded or the bag exchanged at your option. The bag must be returned
in the same condition in which we supplied it to you.
If the bag has been used, no refund or exchange will be given (unless of
course the bag is defective in any way). Postage and insurance charges must be paid by yourself.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If, at any time after receiving you order confirmation, you wish to
cancel your order , please let us know by e mail.
We guarantee our bags against any manufacturing defect over the lifetime
of the product. If your product should suffer any such defect, you
should return it to us for repair or replacement. This product guarantee excludes fair wear and tear.
The lifetime of the product will vary depending on usage and other

Any information supplied to us remains private and is not divulged to
any third party. We do not sell or share any data we collect.
